![]() We posted a comment on Cabins for You's Facebook page which was deleted. We certainly could have stayed at another cabin that didn't have a pool or theater room for considerably less than what we paid. With all the issues we encountered, it is disappointing that were not offered another cabin. Never received a follow-up call during our stay. We requested to talk with a supervisor from Cabins for You to voice our frustration and were promised that someone would call us back. Receive no follow-up call from the pool vendor or customer service. We were also told by a customer service representative that the maintenance department could not service the pool and that a call would be made to the vendor who services the pool. Additionally, we were promised via email that the swimming pool is serviced before every check-in and is to be maintained between 74 and 80 degrees - it was not close to that temperature. The bulb was burnt out and had been ordered prior to our arrival. One customer service representative confirmed that they were aware that the projector in the theater room was not in working order. Our grandchildren were so disappointed that they could not swim and watch their favorite movies which we brought with us. We also made multiple calls to report the problems after our arrival and they were not resolved during our stay. We made multiple inquiries prior to our arrival to ensure that these features would be in working order. Our family vacation had been planned for months and we had promised our grandchildren that they would be able to swim and watch movies on the big screen. We were unable to use the two main amenities that convinced us to rent this cabin, swimming pool and theater room. We stayed at Paradise Peak from March 23 to March 26.
